Refunds and Cancellation
Last updated 18 August 2026
How to cancel, what happens when you do, and when we give money back. The short version: cancel whenever you like, keep everything you made, and if you are within 14 days of a charge and it was not what you wanted, ask and we will refund it.
1.Cancelling
You can cancel a Groply subscription at any time from your account settings. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, and nobody to talk to first.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the plan immediately: you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account moves to the free plan.
2.What happens to your work
Nothing. Every run, review, output, study set, course and chat stays exactly where it is and stays readable on the free plan.
What changes is the limits: the free plan runs 5 requests a day with one study sheet and one course build a week, and the larger models close. Your own work is never held hostage to get you back.
3.Refunds
If you are within 14 days of a charge and Groply is not what you wanted, email us and we will refund that charge in full. You do not have to justify it.
Beyond that window, we will refund a charge where:
- You were billed after cancelling, or billed twice for the same period.
- A fault on our side meant you could not meaningfully use what you paid for.
- You did not intend to subscribe at all, for example a renewal you had forgotten about and have not used since.
We generally do not refund a period you used normally and then decided against near the end of it. If your situation is genuinely unusual, say so in the email. A person reads these.
4.How to ask
Email contact@cache00.com from the address on the account, and say which charge you mean. We aim to answer within three working days.
Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method, and usually appear within five to ten working days depending on your bank. That last part is not something we control.
5.Please email before you charge back
If something is wrong with a payment, tell us first. A chargeback raised through your bank takes weeks, costs us a fee on top of the money, and gets you the same outcome more slowly than an email would have.
6.Price changes
If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before it affects a renewal, so you have the chance to cancel instead of paying the new amount.
7.Your legal rights
This policy sits on top of the consumer rights you already have where you live, including any statutory right to cancel a distance contract. It does not replace them, and nothing here takes them away. Cache00 applies whichever is more generous to you.
